Rohini, New Delhi · serving Delhi NCR, India & overseas
HRMS Software Development Company
Gletus Technology builds custom HRMS (human resource management software) from Rohini, New Delhi, for businesses whose HR process does not fit an off-the-shelf product. A typical system covers employee records and documents, attendance with biometric or mobile check-in, leave and approvals, payroll with Indian statutory deductions, expense claims, performance reviews and an employee self-service app. We will say plainly when a product such as Keka, Zoho People or greytHR would serve you better.
For many companies a ready-made HRMS is the sensible choice: the products are mature, payroll compliance is maintained for you, and you can be live within weeks.
Custom HR software becomes the better buy when per-employee licence costs grow with headcount, when your shift patterns, attendance rules or pay structures need constant workarounds, or when HR has to connect closely with your own ERP, production or field operations. We work out which case applies before quoting.
What the work covers
Employee records
One record per employee with documents, history, reporting line and role, from joining through exit.
Attendance and shifts
Biometric device integration, mobile check-in with location where field staff need it, and shift and roster rules that match how you work.
Leave and approvals
Your leave types and policies, multi-level approvals and balances employees can check for themselves.
Payroll
Salary structures, PF, ESI, professional tax and TDS calculations, payslips and bank transfer files, built to your rules.
Expenses and reimbursements
Claims with receipts, approval workflow and payout tracking.
Performance and reviews
Goals, review cycles and feedback in the format your managers actually use.
Employee self-service
A web and mobile app for payslips, leave requests, attendance and company notices, so routine questions stop going to HR.
Technologies we use
Chosen for the project rather than for our convenience — and we will explain the trade-off before committing to any of them.
Companies whose shift, attendance or pay rules do not fit a product HRMS
Growing businesses where per-employee licence fees have become significant
Manufacturers and field-service businesses linking HR to operations
Groups that need HR across several entities or locations in one system

Should we build a custom HRMS or buy one?
Buy if your policies are fairly standard - products such as Keka, Zoho People or greytHR are mature and keep payroll compliance up to date for you. Build when licence costs scale badly with headcount, when your rules need constant workarounds, or when HR must integrate tightly with your own systems. We will give you a straight answer on which applies.
Can the HRMS connect to our biometric attendance machines?
In most cases, yes. Many biometric devices can export or push attendance data, and we integrate them so attendance flows into leave and payroll automatically. We confirm the specific device model during discovery.
Does the payroll handle PF, ESI and TDS?
Yes. PF, ESI, professional tax and TDS calculations are built to current rules and your salary structures. Statutory rules change, so we agree up front how updates will be handled after go-live.
Is there an app for employees?
Yes. Employees can view payslips, apply for leave, mark attendance where allowed and see notices from a mobile app, which removes a large share of routine questions from the HR team.
Who owns the HR software and employee data?
You do - the source code, database and documentation are handed over, and there is no per-employee fee payable to us.
Can the system integrate with tools we already use?
Yes - accounting software such as Tally or Zoho, CRMs, payment gateways, logistics providers and messaging platforms are all common. We verify API availability during discovery, because an integration that sounded simple in a sales conversation occasionally turns out to have no public API at all.
Can you migrate our existing data?
Yes. Data migration from spreadsheets, legacy databases or another system is a normal part of the work. We scope it explicitly because real-world data is always messier than expected, and a migration discovered late is the classic cause of a delayed go-live.
Who owns the software once it is built?
You do. Source code, database schema, documentation and deployment configuration are yours, transferred at handover. Custom software you cannot host or modify without the original developer is a liability rather than an asset.
What is the difference between CRM and ERP?
A CRM manages the relationship with customers - leads, pipeline, follow-ups, quotes. An ERP manages the internals - inventory, purchasing, production, accounting, payroll. Many businesses need parts of both, and it is often cheaper to build the overlap once than to buy two systems and integrate them.
Should we buy off-the-shelf software or build custom?
Buy when your process is genuinely standard and a product already fits - it will be cheaper and available immediately. Build when your process is the thing that makes you competitive, when licence costs scale badly with headcount, or when you keep paying people to work around the software's limitations. We will say plainly which case you are in.
What does the quote actually include?
Discovery and sitemap, wireframes, visual design, frontend and backend development, content structuring, testing across real devices, basic SEO groundwork, analytics setup, deployment and a training session. Ask any supplier which of those they exclude - the difference between two quotes is usually there rather than in the rate.
Is a more expensive website better?
Only if the extra money buys something you need. Custom design, more unique templates, deeper backend work and proper testing all genuinely cost more and are genuinely worth it for some businesses. Paying more for the same brochure site is not. We will tell you which parts of a bigger quote are actually earning their keep.
Are there any hidden charges?
No, and the quote is written to make that checkable. It names the number of page templates or screens, the integrations included, the revision rounds, the warranty period after launch and the annual cost after that. Anything outside it is quoted separately before it is built, not added to an invoice afterwards.
What usually causes projects to run late?
Content and approvals, in that order, and it is rarely the development. Text, images and sign-off coming back slowly is the single most common cause of a delayed launch on any project anywhere. We plan for it - content can be developed alongside the build rather than blocking it.
What is the fastest you can deliver a website?
A single landing page can go live in a few days. A five to eight page business site takes two to three weeks done properly. Anything promising a full custom site in 48 hours is describing a template with your logo on it, which is a legitimate product but not the same product.
Can we meet in person before starting?
Yes. You are welcome at our Rohini office, and for NCR projects we can travel to you. For clients elsewhere we run video calls with screen sharing, which for most of the project is more useful than a meeting room anyway.
Do you work with businesses in Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Mumbai or Pune?
Yes. We deliver remotely across India's major technology cities - Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Pune, Chennai and Ahmedabad - on shared project boards with scheduled calls and staging links. Every city we serve has its own page describing that market specifically.
How do you keep the site secure?
Current framework and dependency versions, input validation, encrypted credentials, sensible file permissions, scheduled backups and a stated update policy. For anything handling payments or personal data we scope the specific requirements during discovery rather than assuming a generic standard.
Will the website work on older browsers and slower connections?
We test on mid-range Android devices rather than only flagship phones, because that is what most Indian visitors actually use. Sites are built to degrade sensibly rather than break when a connection is poor or a browser is a few versions behind.
Do you fix bugs for free after launch?
Within the warranty period, yes - anything that does not work as specified is our problem to fix. New requirements that emerge after launch are new work, and we will say plainly which category something falls into rather than arguing about it later.
