This policy explains the conditions for cancellations, refunds, and related procedures for services provided by Gletus Technology.
Clients may request cancellation of services at any stage before the service is fully delivered. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or through our official contact channels. Upon receiving a cancellation request, Gletus Technology will acknowledge it within 48 hours.
The ability to cancel services depends on the type of service and the stage of delivery. For ongoing development projects, partial charges may apply for work already completed up to the date of cancellation.
Refunds are issued only under certain conditions, depending on the nature of the services provided. Full or partial refunds may be considered in the following cases:
Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days of service cancellation. All approved refunds will be processed within 7β10 business days using the original payment method.

If a client requests modifications or adjustments to a project or service, these will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Minor adjustments may be included in the original service cost, while major modifications may incur additional fees. No refunds will be provided for modifications that are implemented per client request.
