What is the difference between a website and a web application?
A website mainly presents information: pages, images, a contact form. A web application does work - logins, roles, dashboards, calculations, records that change. The distinction matters commercially because an application costs several times more to build and needs a different hosting and security posture.
How many pages will my website have?
Ask instead how many unique page templates you need, because that is what drives cost. A sixty-page site built from six repeating layouts is cheaper to build than a twelve-page site where every page is laid out differently. We scope by template count and tell you what an additional one costs.
Will my website work properly on mobile phones?
Yes, and it is treated as a requirement rather than a post-launch audit. We set a page-weight and Core Web Vitals budget at the start and test on mid-range Android devices rather than only on flagship phones, because that is what most Indian visitors actually use. Most traffic to a business website in India is mobile, so a site that only looks right on a laptop has failed.
How long does it take to build a website?
A tightly scoped business website typically runs two to four weeks. A custom corporate or CMS site runs four to eight weeks. Ecommerce and web applications run longer. The variable that moves timelines most is not development speed, it is how quickly content and approvals come back.
Do you provide website hosting?
Yes, managed hosting with SSL, backups, uptime monitoring and support. The account is opened in your name wherever possible so you keep control and can see exactly what infrastructure costs. You are free to host elsewhere; we will configure it either way.
Do you take equity or work for a revenue share?
No. We build to a written scope for a written price, which keeps the relationship straightforward for both sides and means our incentives do not change halfway through your project.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes - that is the normal arrangement rather than a concession. Payment is tied to milestones: a booking amount to begin, then payments on design sign-off, development completion and launch. You are never asked for the full amount before work starts.
Are there any hidden charges?
No, and the quote is written to make that checkable. It names the number of page templates or screens, the integrations included, the revision rounds, the warranty period after launch and the annual cost after that. Anything outside it is quoted separately before it is built, not added to an invoice afterwards.
What usually causes projects to run late?
Content and approvals, in that order, and it is rarely the development. Text, images and sign-off coming back slowly is the single most common cause of a delayed launch on any project anywhere. We plan for it - content can be developed alongside the build rather than blocking it.
How long does an ecommerce website take to build?
Six to twelve weeks for a standard store, depending on catalogue size, payment and shipping integrations, and whether it is single or multi-vendor. Product data preparation is usually the item that decides whether that is six weeks or twelve.
Can we meet in person before starting?
Yes. You are welcome at our Rohini office, and for NCR projects we can travel to you. For clients elsewhere we run video calls with screen sharing, which for most of the project is more useful than a meeting room anyway.
Do you work with businesses in Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Mumbai or Pune?
Yes. We deliver remotely across India's major technology cities - Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Pune, Chennai and Ahmedabad - on shared project boards with scheduled calls and staging links. Every city we serve has its own page describing that market specifically.
Can you move my existing website to a new host?
Yes, including the database, email, DNS and SSL, planned so downtime is minimal. The part people forget is URL redirects - a migration that loses them loses the search rankings the old site had earned, which is the most expensive way to move house.
Will my website have an SSL certificate?
Yes, on every site we build. It is required for HTTPS, browsers now warn on pages without it, and Google has treated it as a ranking signal for years. It is included rather than an upsell.
Do you fix bugs for free after launch?
Within the warranty period, yes - anything that does not work as specified is our problem to fix. New requirements that emerge after launch are new work, and we will say plainly which category something falls into rather than arguing about it later.
Do you provide AMC or annual maintenance?
Yes, with defined response times. It covers monitoring, security and framework updates, backups, small content changes and a set allowance of development hours. Larger new features are quoted separately so the contract stays predictable for both sides.
Should we redesign or rebuild our website?
Redesign when the foundation is sound and the problem is how it looks or converts. Rebuild when the platform is unmaintainable, the performance ceiling is too low, or the structure blocks what you need next. We audit first, because the honest answer is a redesign more often than agencies tend to admit.
Should I hire a freelancer, an agency, or an in-house developer?
A freelancer for a single well-defined piece of work, and often excellent value. An agency when a project needs several disciplines at once or when continuity matters, because an agency does not become unreachable when one person changes jobs. In-house once the work is continuous enough to fill a role permanently.
Do you handle third-party API integrations?
Yes. Typical work includes payment gateways, shipping and courier tracking, accounting packages such as Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks or Xero, SMS and WhatsApp Business messaging through providers like Twilio, identity through Google Workspace or Microsoft Entra, and mapping through Google Maps Platform. Each one is documented with its credentials, rate limits and failure behaviour before it is considered finished.
Can you integrate WhatsApp for customer enquiries?
Yes, at two levels. A click-to-chat link takes minutes and suits most small businesses. The WhatsApp Business API is the fuller option, supporting automated replies, order notifications and multiple agents on one number - it needs Meta approval and has per-conversation costs, which we will price before you commit.
