What can AI realistically do for my business?
The reliable wins are narrow and unglamorous: extracting data from documents, answering questions from your own documentation, classifying and routing incoming work, and summarising long material. Those save real hours. Treat anything promising to replace judgement or strategy with scepticism.
Is our data safe if we use AI?
It depends entirely on how it is built. We scope data handling explicitly - what leaves your systems, what is retained by the provider, and what stays on your infrastructure. For sensitive work we can keep processing in-region or on-premises. This is settled during discovery, not afterwards.
Do you train custom AI models?
